Intrepid Partner Group (IPG) was founded by Judie (Juju) Simpson in 2023. IPG was founded to support women in business, community, and sports. The need for guidance, coaching and inspiration remains strong; with women looking to take on more leadership in their organizations and push the envelope in a variety of corporate, non-profit, and sporting communities.
Juju knows the complex landscape that women face in achieving success. As Vice President of Sales at one of the largest software companies in Canada and as a CHIEF member, with years of experience in career coaching and developing executive teams, she has defined effective programs to inspire these women to achieve their dreams.
